City sewer and private septic are different systems with different problems. We work on the plumbing side of both: finding the fault, showing it to you on camera, and fixing the line.

Most homes have one outside. If yours does not, we find the best access point and talk about adding one so this is easier next time.
We put a camera down the line
You see what we see: roots, offsets, bellies, breaks, or a clean pipe. No guessing, and no repair recommended without a picture.
We locate the problem from above
The camera head is traceable, so we can mark the exact spot in the yard before anyone digs.
We give you options
Clear it and monitor, repair a section, or replace the run. Each with a price, so you choose with the facts.
We fix it and put the yard back
Excavation done carefully, the line bedded and tested, and the ground restored as well as it can be.

What affects the price
No mystery numbers. These are the things that move the price.
City sewer or septic
City sewer problems live in your line to the street. Septic problems can involve the tank, the baffles, the field lines or the line between them.
Depth and length of the run
A shallow break by the house is a short dig. A deep break under a driveway is a different job.
Spot repair or replacement
One bad joint gets a section replaced. A line failing in several places is usually cheaper to replace once than to chase for years.

Do you pump septic tanks?
Pumping is a separate trade. We handle the plumbing: the line from the house, the inlet and outlet, camera inspections and repairs, and we will point you to a pumping service when that is what you need.
How do I know if it is the sewer line or a clog?
One slow drain is a clog. Several fixtures backing up together, especially at the lowest point of the house, is the main line. Either way, start with a call and we will tell you which crew and which machine to send.
Will you have to dig up the yard?
Not for an inspection, and often not for a cleaning. If a repair is needed we mark the exact spot first and dig only there.
Can roots be fixed for good?
Cutting them clears the line for now. Replacing the affected section with sealed PVC stops them for good. We will show you both on the camera and price both.
