What this website collects, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we use what you send us to call you back and do the job, and we do not sell or share it beyond that.

What we collect

Request form. When you send a request we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your town or ZIP, the service you need, your description of the problem, any photos you attach, and whether you agreed to be called or texted. We use it to contact you about that request and to do the work if you hire us.

Phone calls. If you call us, we may keep your name and number in our phone or job records so we can call you back and keep track of the work.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site (pages visited, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not include what you typed into the form. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by using your browser’s tracking controls.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the people and services we need to do the job (for example, a supplier for a part, or a pumping service we coordinate with) and the tools that run this site (our web host, our form software and our email provider), each of which handles it under their own privacy terms.

Photos you send

Photos you attach to a request are used to understand the job. We will not publish a photo of your home or your problem on this website or anywhere else without asking you first.

How long we keep it

Request and job records are kept as long as we need them for the work, warranty questions and our accounting obligations. If you want a request deleted, call us and we will remove it.

Cookies

The site sets analytics cookies and the small cookies needed for the request form to work. It does not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (502) 507-0160 or send a request through the contact page.
